Cottage

It is advisable to check availability by telephone prior to booking, all bookings are treated as provisional until a deposit is received. A provisional booking will be held for 7 days, pending receipt of confirmation and deposit.

A non refundable deposit of £100 per cottage (£50 for short breaks) is payable when confirming. The balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Cheque's should be made payable to Penrallt Cottages.

In the event of cancellation, this must be sent in writing, telephone cancellations cannot be made. We suggest you take insurance cover against Cancellation charges:
Before 30 days = Loss of deposit
14 - 29 days = 50% cancellation charges
7 - 14 days = 75% cancellation charges
1 - 7 days = 100% cancellation charge

Cottage are available from 4pm on day of arrival until 10am on date of departure. Cottage are let and furnished for the number specified in the brochure / website. Bed Linen is included. Towels can be provided at a cost of £10 per person per week, please bring your own beach / swimming towels. Cost can also be provided free of charge.

Electricity is provided be £1 coin meters

Well behaved pets are accepted ( except July and August ) at a charge of £20 per week. These must be kept under strict control, not left unattended in the cottages or allowed on the furniture and have their own bedding. Please also clean up after your dogs in the grounds. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the hotel or leisure complex

All owners vehicles and personal belongings are at owners own risk.

All our facilities are available to our cottage guests although some charges do apply, please ask at the leisure reception for details. Please follow all safety instructions. Children are not allowed in the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult under the age of 16 years. You are not allowed to take your own food and drink to the outside pool area or cafe bar.

The Hirer agrees to pay for any breakages or damage to the property before departure take full care of the property and leave in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the stay.
