This natural beauty of this part of Wales is perhaps the most compelling
reason to come here. The beaches and coastline with scenery stretching
northwards to Snowdonia or south towards Pembrokeshire, provides
the visitor with access to outstanding, unspoilt countryside. Some
of the area’s finest beaches are to be found here, particularly
in our village of Aberporth. The shortest of drives will take you
to cliff-top walks to see, perhaps, the resident dolphins.
You might just take in the scenery, photographers will love it.
Close by, is the Felinwynt Rainforest Centre, further a field, steam
railways and even a gold centre. There are numerous art galleries
with art by local artists, castles, waterfalls and the fascinating
Centre for Alternative Technology. You may also go sailing, pony-trekking,
fishing, go-karting, there is so much to do and see. Click
